Her personal testament serves as a ‘catalyst of change’ and empowers persons to experience L.I.F.E. - (Living In Freedom Everyday)! Her ministry mandates are Transformed Lives, Renewed Minds and Restored Souls through the uncompromising power of Jesus Christ.
Marguritte S. Johnson was born on February 16, 1979 in Dallas, TX to Ronald Smith Sr. and Evangelist Diane Smith. Being reared in her grandparents’ church, House of Prayer For All People Pentecostal Church – Bishop Jesse & Evangelist Marguritte McClellan, she gained a personal relationship with Jesus at an early age and begins “Spreading the Good News” at the age of 14. Since then, God has been giving her divine messages for this last hour.
The Lord has favored Marguritte with a special anointing to deal with women’s issues such as self-esteem, purity, significance, and balancing life as mothers, wives and entrepreneurs. In 2002, Marguritte founded two ministries catered to women, including “Virtuous Vessels” and “Mirror, Mirror”.
Music has greatly impacted the life of Marguritte. For the past decade she has been passionately writing music and through God’s favor plans to release an album in the near future. Marguritte has been a member of several choirs and singing groups throughout the DFW area, including “The Rainbow Sisters”, “Integrity, and “The Family Voices of Harmony”.
Education is also extremely pertinent to Marguritte. She truly believes that with Jesus ‘there are no limitations’. In 1997, she graduated with high honors in the top 11% of her class (# 69 out of 621) from Duncanville High School. Marguritte is actively pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice Law at Everest College in Arlington, TX.
May 30, 1998, Marguritte united with her “knight” - Prophet Jeremiah Johnson. On March 20, 2002 they were blessed with an angel from above, Jeremiah Johnson Jr., and on August 9, 2004, God endowed them with a precious jewel, Mariah Serenity Johnson. They both have been ordained from their mother’s womb to be ‘Prophets to the Nations’.
March 19, 2000, Marguritte accepted her second mandate as Pastor, and
Co-founded the Eternally Yes International Ministries - a multi-cultural,
non-denominational family church in Arlington, TX with her husband, Prophet Jeremiah Johnson. They were ordained into the Southwest Region of the Kingdom Dominion Network, founded by Bishop Harold & Brenda Ray of Redemptive Life in W. Palm Beach Florida. Locally, they are apart of the Agape Covenant Fellowship with Pastor Renee' Hornbuckle of The Destiny Center in Arlington, TX.
From 2002 to 2005, Marguritte and her husband had the opportunity to travel and sit under the tutelage of Prophetess Juanita Bynum. Under her guidance, they learned the importance of submission to spiritual authority and gained more insight on how to effectively operate ministry.
In 1999, Jeremiah & Marguritte Johnson founded a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization called Youth Making A Difference. Y.M.A.D. is a Community Development Corporation that serves low income and at risk youth , motivating them to become productive contributors to society.
Marguritte Johnson has appeared as the special guest on the ‘Angel of Hope Broadcast” w/ Jackie Holland in June 2001 & “ The Up Close and Personal Show” in September 2002.
In November 2006, Jeremiah and Marguritte were promoted out as Authorized Saladmaster Dealers and are the CEOs of a Saladmaster Franchise/Catering Company entitled, COOKIN' FOR THE STARS located in Dallas, TX.
CFTS have been providing nutritional food services to both Christian & Secular Celebrities and events. In 2007, CFTS was featured in the Sep/Oct 07 issue of The Gospel Today Magazine. Moreover so, Cookin' For The STARS provided the catering for the "One Voice" Photo Shoot in July ‘07, which included Dr. Teresa Hairston, Bishop Liston Page, Dr. Cindy Trimm, Pastor Zachery Timms, Michelle McKinney Hammond, Pastors Michael & DeeDee Freeman, Dr. Courtney McBath, Dr. Raphael Warnock, Gospel Today staff and many others.
Locally, CFTS has prepared meals for KGGR 1040 am, KHVN 970 am, Fred Hammond, Walter Hawkins, The Williams Brothers, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Bishop Freddy Haynes of Friendship West Baptist Church, Access Media, The Gospel On Demand, Francina Norman & The Francina & Friends Show on Oxygen Network, Kim Stratton, Pastor Renee Hornbuckle, The Texas Gospel Music Excellence Awards, Today's Newspaper and were also featured in The Ft. Worth Weekly – June 20,2007 @ http://www.fwweekly.com located under The Eats Section with Headline Reading “Morning Constitutional” by Eric Griffey.
In February '08, Marguritte was honored to cater for 2500+ VIPs & Celebrity Guest of Dr. Teresa Hairston & The Gospel Heritage Foundation Conference in Atlanta, GA. It was there that she met Tye Tribbett and after eating the Chicken Tetrazinni he became speechless over!!! The celebrity list was quite extensive; however, it includes Bishop Paul Morton, Israel & NuBreed, J Moss, Martha Munizzi, Rev. Jackie McCullough, Bishop Earnestine Reems, Judy Jacobs, Dr. Marvin Sapp, Jonathan Nelson, The Pace Sisters and so many more.
“Passionately Changing Lives” would summarize the mission of MSJ Ministries. Her foundation scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
